Neil wears a blue ballcap from the AV Club at school. He has ginger curls, buckteeth, acne, freckles, and big black square glasses. He wears a green shirt with some dark green pants, and probably knock off Walmart brand white sneakers.

Neil is the epitome of the word nerd. Neil enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, arguing with his Dad, lusting over Meg, and probably has the biggest dick in Ai Peter. Neil loves to talk about issues such as family, and moral values. He hates his father because he found out that his father has a daughter with Lois and now he can't date Meg.
