Consuela is the maid of the Griffin household. She is one of the few non-family members who can spawn in one of the rooms of the Griffin house, together with Evil Monkey and Herbert.
Consuela was once able to spawn in Stewie's room, but he sucessfully got a restraining order against her. This is her last topic in Stewie's room [clip]

Consuela is an older Latina woman who wears a pink apron and yellow rubber gloves for cleaning.
¶ Personality
Consuela is a stereotypical Hispanic janitor, often speaking in Spanish and English intermittently.
She is most well known for her total obsession with Lemon Pledge, a lemon-scented surface cleaner. She is often portrayed as being able to create it just by pissing. She uses Lemon Pledge to clean, but if she runs out of it, she may use other fruit pledges, such as Lime Pledge or Apple Pledge.
Consuela is very dedicated to the environment, especially being obsessed with saving the dolphins. This causes her to recycle everything, including used tampons and condoms.
She is most well known for saying “No, no, no…”.
Consuela often starts speaking Spanish unprompted.

Consuela mainly interacts with the Griffin family, as she is their cleaning lady. She is generally disliked due to her extreme obsession with cleaning and Lemon Pledge, which can be very annoying to the other characters.
