John Herbert is the oldest character in the series so far (well, besides God, Jesus and Death). He is only available in Donation topics; otherwise, he cannot appear in any scenes. Herbert replaced Quagmire as the “Donation Character”, and serves his purpose just fine. Any more Herbert than necessary, and we all lose a little bit of our dignity.
