¶ Appearance
Joe wears a grey shirt, blue pants, and black shoes. He has a large head and buff arms. Most notably, Joe has a wheelchair he uses to move around due to being paralyzed from the waist down. Joe used to walk with the wheelchair stuck to his ass before he was given a proper wheelchair animation.
¶ Personality
Joe is most well known for his wheelchair and crippled legs. This makes him an easy target for jokes about his inability to walk.
Joe is also a police officer. He is often accused of police brutality, especially against minorities.

Joe is married to Bonnie Swanson, however, they hate each other so they often tend to have affairs without even caring about if the other person finds out. They have a son, Kevin.
