Carl is currently the tallest character in AI Peter, towering over all of the other characters. He is also fat and has long, blonde hair, a shaved face, and a very long nose. He wears a backwards hat with a tuff of hair poking out of the cap. He has on a white shirt and a blue cut-off jacket.

Carl is a big fan of movies, constantly talking about and making references to his favorite movies.
